Development of mold or fungus from water intrusion due to incorrect installations, piping or HVAC errors,
wet materials or improper sealing procedures.
Overspray of paint and roofing polymer can damage vehicles, roofs, trees, and shrubbery.
Overspray can also be readily moved through ventilation units of neighboring buildings, causing noxious fumes.
Spray-on roofing operations can result in spills of urethane, polymer or thinners, which can reach open drains,
soil or surface water.
