$3,000 - $5,000 without mold
$10,000 with mold.
Additional details:
Mold is available as a covered pollutant if the insured has a
professionally prepared written "mold plan" in place.
Coverage for lead-based paint and in-place asbestos is also
available upon review of professionally prepared written maintenance plans.
Multi-year policy terms are available for many risks.
Common Issues:
Properties with existing/prior contamination will be declined by some carriers.
Residential risks with prior mold/water damage claims will be declined by some carriers.
Applicant must have a professionally-prepared written "Mold Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Plan" in
place to be
eligible for mold coverage.
