Products Available: Tank coverage protects against environmental liabilities that arise as a result
of pollution conditions emanating from a scheduled storage tank.
Minimum Premium(s): $350
Additional details:
USTs can be written on an admitted or surplus lines basis.
ASTs are written on a surplus lines basis.
Sites with both USTs and ASTs can be written on a single policy on a non-admitted basis.
First and third-party liability provided.
Additional insured coverage can be included.
Existing retroactive dates can be honored as far back as 10 years, subject to underwriting.
Common Issues: Storage Tanks must be in compliance with all regulations. Coverage for Non-Commercial fuel oil tanks is not available.
